Job Summary:The Systems Support Team Lead will manage a team of Systems Administrators & Systems Engineers I & II, who are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers in support of business processing requirements. Strong leadership skills, a collaborative attitude, and great customer service skills are required.Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:--- Supervise team employees, prioritize the Systems Support workload, and general coordination with Technology leadership--- ADP goal creation, mentoring, and alignment to Technology organizational goals--- Project leadership, implementation, and timeline management--- Mentoring and training team members--- Conduct annual performance reviews--- Schedule and maintain regular cadence for 1:1's and Team standup meetings--- Align applicable training goal on an annual basis to progress team members careers--- Increase skill proficiency to improve overall confidence and product knowledge--- Evaluates current and emerging technologies and develops/maintains a rolling 3-4-year technology roadmap for the care of the Bank's end user computing environment--- Serve as the SME for applications/systems, specifically: Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Group policy management/troubleshooting, and Cherwell Asset Management--- Responsible for the oversight of installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of systems critical to the Bank--- Designing and implementing effective end user computing controls according to defined standards, practices, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements--- Participates in the evaluation of technologies and vendors used to ensure they meet industry standards for quality and performance--- Analyze, monitor, support and identify Bank technology systems to proactively identify performance or security issues--- Creates and maintains configuration diagrams, procedural and technical documentation--- Analyzes problems using experience and superior troubleshooting skills to determine the best resolution to reported issues--- Provide superior customer service to all employees at multiple locations while maintaining established SLAs--- Meet with vendors, customers and/or consultants to assist in potential integration of new products/systems/devices--- Provide technical oversight to the Bank's Software Update Management processes and verification of monthly updates/software packaging--- Other duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience:--- Two-year college degree OR completion of specialized study at a business or trade school--- Five to eight years experienceAdditional specific education or experience needed:--- Modern desktop management--- Modern provisioning--- Zero touch deployment / AutoPilot / Out of Box Experience--- MDM Policy / baselines--- Co-Management--- Patch and vulnerability management--- Conditional AccessSpecific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:--- Azure Active Directory--- Active Directory / Group Policy Objects--- M365 --- Windows 10/11--- Microsoft Intune--- Microsoft Endpoint Manager--- Ivanti 3rd Party Patch--- Cherwell Asset ManagementAFFIRMATIVE ACTION/EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER"PROTECTED VETERANS" AND "INDIVIDUAL WITH DISABILITY"
