Customer Service Representative

- The Customer Service Representative serves as a liaison between
our customers and the various areas of expertise across our
company. He or she shares customers detailed requirements including
design, print, bind and mailing of projects with the various teams
within our company who produce their jobs. In addition, the
Customer Service Representative facilitates informative meetings to
share requirements internally and works with Sales to coordinate
customer meetings as appropriate.
- Operates telephone console to receive all in-coming calls.
Screens callers, provides information, responds to routine
inquiries or routes calls to appropriate person or department.
- Receives, reads and/or sorts and routes incoming mail. Locates
and attached appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by
- Coordinates meetings, appointments, travel schedules and the
use of company facilities and service as requested.
- Assists Sales and Service teams in job entry and organization
of print-focused projects.
- May be assigned some smaller customer accounts to manage, once
an individual has gained adequate experience.Skills:Customer
service, multi tasking, call center experience, Call center,
TroubleshootingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Ability to use
Microsoft products, Monarch and other software. Good attention to
