This role is temporarily remote. Training is conducted virtually

Telecommuter Policy.Primary Responsibilities:
- Enter new plans into system
- Work with QA for any changes needed
- Create documents for new plans
- Update plan changes
- Update documents as needed
- Monitor Open Enrollment
- Monitor system change reports and update system
- Assist in other projects as needed, which could include
emailing and/or calling current clients for updated info
- Assist with audits of information in all systems utilizedThis
is a challenging role with serious impact. It's a fast paced,
intense, and high-volume operation where accuracy and quality are
essential. You'll need to be focused, learn fast and contribute
quickly as well as communicate effectively.Positions in this
function are responsible for accurately building and maintaining
client plans and plan documents utilizing our software.You'll be
rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that
will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to
succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles
you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work
experience
- 1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e. office,
administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and
computers as the primary job tools
- Experience computer and Windows PC applications, which includes
the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system
applications
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster
doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth
Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as
well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of
vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to
