This is an especially exciting time as we embark on a major effort to modernize our systems to deliver in the cloud. - -The Enterprise Integration Architect will collaborate with business and technology leaders and other members of the RIS Enterprise Architecture practice to enable and support our current and future application modernization strategies. In addition, this individual will be responsible for creating strategic architecture standards, guidelines, principles, and frameworks supporting Principal's enterprise architecture governance processes. - -This is a hands-on (individual contributor) position with responsibility to deliver modern enterprise integration solution architecture by creating and applying relevant software/service development frameworks to influence strategy and define what changes are needed to successfully future proof Principal's technology portfolio. - -Here are some examples of the kinds of things you'll do: - -Lead Enterprise Architecture Practice: Build and lead the execution of enterprise architecture strategy within business unit or architecture domains.Lead Strategy to Execution: Innovative leadership that informs strategy and defines the actions needed to successfully transform the business to achieve outcomes.Deliver Enterprise Architecture: Create strategic architecture standards, guidelines, principles, and frameworks that inform and enable execution on strategic outcomes.Manage Architecture Governance: Ensure business capabilities and related technology platforms are positioned to support today's business demands and the strategic objectives of tomorrow.Work with business and IT leaders, help formulate enterprise architecture strategies in alignment with company's business strategies and priorities. -Lead and support digital transformational objectives across IT and business organizations. -Work with engineering teams to enable/facilitate migration of existing portfolio of applications to AWS public cloud or SaaS based solutions. -Identify, research, and recommend emerging and innovative technologies, techniques and tools that enable IT and the business to achieve strategic goals. -Assess the architectural risk and impact of web and vendor/SaaS systems, designs and solutions; effectively communicate implications and mitigation strategies to IT staff and management. -Work with and influence IT and Business leaders, architect peers and engineers across the globe in a remote work environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience10+ years of experience with a multi-business unit global organization.Work experience with cloud platform implementations or migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP); AWS preferred but not required. -Experience and passion for tracking and strategically applying emerging technologies to business solutions in alignment with customer digital needs -Experience working with, and presenting to executive management -Outstanding verbal and written communication skills -Proven track record of learning and adapting to new technologiesAdditional preferred technical/business experience: - - -AWS Solution Architect Associate certification or equivalent -Experience with the AWS platform. - Including familiarity with S3, RDS, Elastic Container Service, Lambda, SNS/SQS and AWS IAM/Security/Networking models. -TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture certification -Experience with Agile SDLC, DevSecOps, CICD Pipelines -Familiarity with modern web, ESB and API architectures & technologies -Exposure to Business Architecture and Business Process Management practices and strategies - -Experience with Software Risk Management/Secure Software practices and strategies (SSF) -Prior experience in Financial Services Industry -

Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range:
$137000 - $185000 / year
