Responsibilities:

The Histotechnologist provides accurate and timely diagnostic information to healthcare professionals in order to ensure high quality patient care and customer service.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: HTL (ASCP) certification or must be eligible to take the appropriate registry examination within one year of employment. EXPERIENCE: Equipment to be used in this position includes analytical laboratory equipment, laboratory processing equipment, and hospital and laboratory information systems. Experience with this equipment is not necessary but preferred. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: HTL(ASCP)certification. *******If HT (ASCP) certification Histotechnician - base starts at $23.89.
