Position Overview:IN OFFICE POSITION IN IOWAAs a Recruiter at Hire DSM, you will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, confirming their qualifications, and placing them in open roles.   • Coordinate job fairs and lead execution
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process for identified candidates
  • Manage the overall interviews, selection, and closing process
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Communication via phone and email with client managers
  • Maintain all applicant and interview data in JazzHR and track applicant workflow
  • Conduct prescreening interviews and coordinate interviewing and selection process with hiring managers
  • Conduct pre-employment drug screens and background checks for potential candidates
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet company needs
  • Build candidate pipelines and networks on a variety of skillsets utilizing a variety of sourcing and search methods
  • Promoting Hire and Recruit DSM's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunityQualifications:
    • 1 year of recruiting experience preferred
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
    • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Comfortable making decisions independently
    • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
    • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
    • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
    • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenuesPowered by JazzHR
