Senior Data Support Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Lead, Data.

Key Responsibilities:

Build new support processes for product launches related to analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data foundation and metrics
Create core Support dashboards and track progress towards team goals

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent
Minimum 5 years industry experience or Master's degree with 4 years experience
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python/R for analysis and modeling
Experience with time series forecasting, optimization, and predictive modeling
Ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments
