Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Care Advisor, Expert
Guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and their families to understand the
caregiver journey and identify barriers to aging in place
Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage individuals
with varying health needs
Document communication and intervention activities accurately and
consistently
Required Qualifications:
Strong background in geriatric case management or coordination
Experience in areas such as Social Services, Care Coordination,
Healthcare Navigation, Public Health, or Volunteer Work
1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a similar
role
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work preferred
