Job Description:

A mental health clinic is seeking a Lead Marriage and Family Therapist.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising other marriage and family therapists
Evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and maintaining documentation
Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with the team

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMFT)
Experience in diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
General knowledge of therapy services and community resources
Passing a background check and authorization to work in the United States
