A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the development of e-learning course content
Coming up with innovative creative ideas for design and implementation
Guiding a team of Instructional Designers to ensure effective coordination

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years' experience in Instructional Design
BA or equivalent experience
Experience with Creative Writing
Strong views on communicating information effectively to a diverse audience
Eye for good visual design
