Job Description:
A company is looking for a Processor
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure efficient
progress of dockets
Clear title and prepare dockets for closing within set SLAs
Manage pipeline, prioritize work, and ensure compliance guidelines
are met
Qualifications:
2+ years of Mortgage Processing and/or title curative
experience
Understanding of various title issues and curative measures
Knowledge of common credit underwriting standards and income and
asset evaluation
Experience with mortgage modifications and ability to analyze title
reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets and comfortable in
a paperless environment
