We are Central Iowa's trusted name for existing and new-construction residential and commercial HVAC design, installation, service, maintenance and repair.We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our team, someone with a passion for serving customers, stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments. This position supports the Service department and is the initial contact to our customers, service technicians and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.Job Title: Customer Service SpecialistWork Hours:Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional overtimePay Scale: $15.00 - $18.00 HR/Depending on Experience + BenefitsBenefits: Health insurance including Vison & Dental, Life Insurance, Long-term/Short-term Disability, 401K, Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off (Vacation and Sick Leave).Primary Job Function: Perform customer care duties. Answer incoming phones calls in addition to outbound calls. Back up the service dispatcher as needed to maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Assist in taking incoming customers calls and creating dispatch tickets as service calls are received. Handle dispatch related functions in the service dispatcher's absence during lunch, breaks, vacation, etc. Maintain customer database with current information. All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPass background check & drug screen2 years related experience and/or training in customer service, project coordination or scheduling or equivalent combination of education and experienceStellar customer service skillsExcellent and interpersonal communication skillsThe ability to flawlessly juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and team membersA clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the positionThe ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracyData entry, filing, and other general office dutiesKnowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, ExcelStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailGeneral sales skills and aptitudeMust be punctual dailycustomer service, admin, administrative, support, customer support, client support, client services, answering phones, receptionist, coordinator, dispatcher, csr, customer rep, green company, high tech, energy efficiency, scheduler, appointment generator
