Maher also represents North American Van Lines under the DBA Riley Moving and Storage. Job DescriptionThis position will manage all local operations in their specific markets. They will also assist in the dispatch of long haul operations.Assist in relaying any and all forms of communication to your designated direct reportsAnswer and return all internal and external calls and emails within 4 business hours Set up all drivers, vehicles, and labor for the daily schedule Coordinate with long haul dispatch and coordinators on all moves in the assigned areasCertify qualified labor to SIRVA specifications (background checks). Set up inbound Household Goods and Commercial storage accountsUpdate Bi-weekly payroll by the appropriate deadlineManage Maher Bros. equipment in the assigned markets Assist in all safety-related matters such as collecting vehicle inspection reports, warehouse inspection reports, and forklift inspection reports.
