Broadband Technician -Platinum Connect is looking for a Broadband Technician to be based in Webster City. In this position you will join a forward-looking company delivering technology solutions for their customers, not just for today but for the future. Primary responsibilities will include assisting Platinum's customers with their communication needs at their home or business location and maintaining Platinum's state-of-the-art fiber network. -
Home networking experience and an understanding of Wi-Fi networks is preferred. Valid driver's license and good driving record required. This position requires you to be in an on-call weekend rotation, work some overtime, be a problem solver and excel in a fast-paced environment. -
