Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for a Customer Success Analyst/Manager to join our team.

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is central to our enhanced customer engagement strategy, allowing us to serve our Committed and Loyal Solutions customers more effectively and efficiently. The CSM is highly technical and is in place to serve our installed base of PSS, MAS, and DX platforms. We expect the CSM role to be primarily cadenced-based engagement with a focus on life cycle management and adoption. On-site time is expected to be approximately 25%. The goal for the CSM is to serve as Trusted Advisor at all of their named accounts.

Foundational expectations for the CSM are as follows:

Serve as engagement lead for committed accounts.
Regular communication will be necessary and expected with Account Team and internal stakeholders.
Interaction with Project Managers as projects move from Execution to Adoption, ensuring customer is achieving the results and outcomes they expected from the project.
Close Consumption Gap at named accounts
Expand Service Contracts ensuring that deliverables are appropriate and customers are utilizing to the fullest
Manage Lifecycle and Upgrade Planning proactively
Plan all applicable Guardian support and software subscription renewals
Work across all Automation Solutions including Control and Operator Performance, Cybersecurity, Digital Twin, Mobility, Video/Camera, WirelessHART and Wi-Fi infrastructure
Use Salesforce as primary organizational and communication tool

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in an automation related field
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in controls and automation required

Pay:

$91,000-$144,000; Bonus and Vehicle Reimbursement Program eligible
