This role will be responsible forcollaborating with technical and non-technical team members to identifyand capture business requirements (user story creation), configure theSalesforce platform to meet requirements and work with business partnersto facilitate user acceptance testing while following our CI/CD process.Looking for a strong team player who is passionate about solvingbusiness problems with technology and is excited about producing qualitysolutions at a high growth company. Strong hands-on Salesforce CPQexperience is required.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Lead requirements gathering sessions with IT and business partners, presentations, end-user training- Work with the build manager to make, deploy improvements and bug fixes using our CI/CD process to ensure Environments are kept in sync.- Translate business needs into technical requirements (and vice versa)- Write Agile user stories and acceptance criteria for development- Produce mock-ups, data models diagrams, process flows, and slide presentations- Develop user-friendly customizations to meet business requirements- Produce quality deliverables within hard deadlines under minimal guidance- Maintain the active users and permissions across the organization- Triage production issues and resolve based on priority- Work with or as a Scum Maters to insure agile best practices are followed- Develop test plans, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing of completed projects- Other duties as assigned**QUALIFICATIONS**Required- Bachelor\'s Degree in a similar field or equivalent professional work experience- 7+ years of experience with proven record of successfully conceptualizing, designing, and delivery of various business solutions- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including CPQ, Service Cloud, flows, validation rules, and security controls- Proven ability to think strategically and analytically about business issues- Strong knowledge Agile and of all phases of SDLC- Experience facilitating meetings including creating agendas, scheduling, leading, capturing action items- Working within various levels of an organizationPreferred (will provide on the job training as needed)- Experience with Jira- Experience with Demand Tools or Salesforce Data Loader- Experience with Gearset and code repositories (branching and merging best practices)**EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER**Restaurant Technologies is committed to providing a work environmentthat is free from discrimination and harassment in any form.
