Help Desk Technician
Onsite 3x per week, remote 2 days

+ L1 Troubleshooting
+ Internal Facing Customers
+ Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
+ Citrix Experience is nice to have
+ Ticketing System
+ Virtual Desktop Experience
Currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to support employees of
the mutual insurance enterprise. This role requires a balance of
exceptional customer service and technical skill. You will be
interacting with customers in-person and over the phone, so
excellent people skill is required to uphold the company's
integrity.
Responsibilities
+ First point of contact for IT support.
+ Respond to service tickets in a timely manner.
+ 20-25 tickets per day, will track performance.
+ Citrix environment.
+ Keep parts, supplies, and inventory well organized and
stocked.
+ Troubleshoot basic hardware and internet issues.
+ Conduct password reset, assign new users and policies.
+ Track PC/Laptop fleet health and validate users.
+ Document efforts with timeliness, accuracy and follow up.
Schedule
+ 1st shift hours
+ Remote Mondays & Fridays
+ In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
+ Weekends off
Pay & Incentive
+ $16-19/hr
+ Enterprise Level Experience
