About this role: Wells Fargo Legal Department is seeking a Lead
Business Execution Consultant to drive transformational change and
updates to the technology in our Litigation Services product area,
which is part of the overall Legal Services Enablement Product.
This product area supports litigation services related to
eDiscovery, legal holds, and service of process. This role will
work closely with key legal stakeholders, process owners, subject
matter experts, technology, product management, external
consultants, and software vendors to successfully drive and
implement changes. The successful candidate will have experience in
eDiscovery and other litigation processes and tools, and experience
driving complex business and technical change initiatives. In this
role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a
variety of programs, services and initiatives initially focused on
Legal Hold and eDiscovery.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk
exposure, and ensure successful implementation as appropriate by
creating and executing detailed plans, dependency and risk
identification, escalation and resolution, and impediment
management.
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support
function and business performance; identify and recommend changes
and improvements.
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring
creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop
appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations
requiring solid understanding of litigation services area,
facilitate decision making and issue escalation and resolution, and
support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
- Effectively consult and collaborate with key Stakeholders and
Subject Matter Experts, Product Manager, Product Owners, Technology
Leads, and leaders to drive successful change initiatives. New
York, New York: $115,900 - $206,100 Required Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic
Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a
combination of the following: work experience, training, military
experience, education Desired Qualifications:
- Experience managing and owning eDiscovery processes and
fulfilment
- Experience with in-house litigation operations and
processes
- Experience with software and tools that support eDiscovery and
litigation processes
- Experience with projects related to Legal systems, tools, and
processes
- Experience managing the change management activities,
milestones, risks, and issues related to software delivery
- Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives from
ideation through implementation
- Strong aptitude for technology
- Expert communication and storytelling skills; ability to
distill and present information succinctly and drive successful
outcomes
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience handling issues/risk management across multiple
