Motor Repair shop is equipped with an array of machines,
technology, and an expert team of employees. Our shipping and
receiving department is responsible for managing incoming/outgoing
product and maintaining great relationships with our customers. Job
Responsibilities
Prepares documentation, maintains
records, and coordinates logistics for product shipment.Leads
communications within the Shipping/Receiving area.Maintain
documentation on incoming productFollow up receiving concerns with
vendors and maintain documentation on communicationFile incoming
receiving and shipping documentsMake necessary inventory
transactions in accordance with policies and supplier
dispositionAssist in plant inventory cycle countsMaintains Shipping
records, including providing tracking or shipping history
informationPrepares Shipping paperwork as well as completes
shipping transaction in appropriate systems.Communicates status of
Shipping/Receiving activities to appropriate personnel.Works with
accounts payable to ensure all invoicing is correctly
completed.Additional duties as assigned -Job Qualifications -
Excellent time management skills,
team player and able to work under pressure.Ability to perform data
entry duties into operational systems.Effective communication
skills to coordinate with suppliers, customers and plant
operationsProven problem solving skills -Able to complete tasks in
timely manner.Excellent math skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and
work independently -Ability to drive and safely use Forklift and
