About the position We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team who is self-motivated, adaptable and has superior customer service skills. This critical role at Elevate Living is primarily a sales position with a strong emphasis on customer service, meeting goals and achieving results. Responsibilities and Duties

• Presenting the community and lifestyle of our apartment homes to prospective and current residents
• Achieving individual and property-wide leasing goals
• Staying current on relevant market issues and competitors
• Fielding and resolving resident issues to ensure resident satisfaction through all interactions
• Preparing leases and renewal leases
• Screening prospective residents for occupancy
• Interacting with maintenance staff as necessary to resolve maintenance issues As a Leasing Consultant, you will manage the sales process from start to finish; presenting our apartments and communities in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building relationships and creating excitement on the part of prospective and current residents. You will maintain these relationships by providing excellent customer service and helping current residents resolve problems as they arise. A successful Leasing Consultant must demonstrate strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills, as well as outstanding attention to detail. Qualifications and Skills
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
  • College degree or some college coursework is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills
