Experience eliciting requirements on a highly technical/complex platform
Solid Insurance Business Acumen
Solid technical background (ideally as a dev)
Self-driven and able to work independently
Ability to problem solve and analyze to elicit and elaborate solution requirements
Clear, concise communication style
Be able to assess requirements risk and proactively communicate with appropriate individualsNice to Have:
- Guidewire knowledge/exposure
- Operational Decision Manager knowledge or experience
- XML exposure
