Wellmark Workforce - end user experience. Cloud Testing Lab
Test Lab Overview:
This role will be a key part of a newly-formed team, Workforce
Technology Product, whose mission is to improve the
technology-related end-user experience and the productivity of all
Wellmark staff through the maturation and evolution of the
collaboration/productivity and communication solutions used by the
enterprise every day.
This team is responsible for establishing and evolving the
Workforce Cloud Test Lab. Via this Lab, the team will focus on
enhancing the end-user experience across all technologies
(software, hardware, security, etc.) as it relates to the way
Wellmark's workforce utilizes technology to perform their work. In
addition to testing for availability and basic functionality, the
team will design and execute tests and test cases for Usability and
Business---Functionality and the overall user experience.
About the Career: Work with the business and technology areas to
understand business functions, processes, challenges,
opportunities, and systems impacted. Validate alternative system
solutions to meet overall business requirements. Analyze, model and
document requirements for cross functional solutions and support of
solutions. Collaborate with Technology partners on projects of
varying scope, size, and complexity to ensure solutions and teams
are aligned to meet business objectives. May work under the
guidance of more experienced colleagues on larger initiatives.

Job Level:This role can be filled at the Business Systems Analyst,
Sr Business Systems Analyst or Lead BusinessSystems Analyst level
depending on work experience, skills, and demonstrated ability.
