We are looking for Full-Time Tank Wash and Facility Maintenance Manager for our Tank Wash/Terminal operation in Eddyville, IA. Job Description

• Oversee the tank wash operations
• Work with, oversee, and schedule hourly employees
• Assist with tank cleaning and complete minor mechanical repairs
• Responsible for quality and efficiency for washing internal and exterior semi-bulk trailers
• Internal tank washing is a semi-automated system
• Food grade facility - no hazmat materials
• Ability to move Tractor-Trailers into and out of Buildings and Parking spaces
• Must Be Able to Occasionally Lift Up To 75 lbs.
• Must work safely and wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
• Weekly facility inspections. Report deficiencies and complete repairs as directed
• Daily inspections of tank wash equipment. Repair as needed.
• Daily boiler care. Report deficiencies and schedule repairs as directed
• Regularly maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems
• Monthly terminal inspection to meet OSHA compliance
• Travel to other company owned tank washes to assist with repairs, support, and training Benefits Paid Time Off----80 Hours in the first year!

    • Mechanical inclined with ability to perform minor repairs as needed
