Job Description:
TalentBridge is seeking a Senior Analyst for the compliance team
to join one of our top clients. This role will support the
Complaint Response Unit. The primary responsibility of this role
will be complaint resolution in addition to supporting other
Compliance complaint team functions and Compliance management

Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, researching, and responding to consumer complaints,
Better Business Bureau inquiries, Attorney General cases, and
regulatory (DOI) complaints.
- Maintaining a professional, balanced, and fair approach in all
communications with customers, agents, and internal business
partners.
- Collaborating with other teams within Global Atlantic as well
as third-party administrators (TPAs) to facilitate complaint
analysis and response.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating
with consumers throughout the complaint process and achieving a
satisfactory resolution.
- Conducting analysis on the types of complaints submitted and
complaint categories, identifying trends, and partnering with
Operations to promptly find potential solutions.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong collaborative relationships
with TPAs and key operational stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following
qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in the life and/or annuity
industry, or equivalent industry knowledge.
- Demonstrable work experience showcasing a combination of
compliance and operational expertise.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to
detail.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
while handling multiple concurrent deliverables.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, exhibiting high levels
of personal integrity, maturity, and accountability.
- Capable of making sound, independent decisions, prioritizing
tasks, and effectively managing multiple initiatives
simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence outcomes both
internally and externally.
