Job Description Local & OTR Class A Truck Drivers - Des Moines, IAAverage Yearly Income $100K - Sign on bonus $2,500.00This is an over the road position and Class A CDL with tanker endorsement is required.
This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life, vision, and dental insurance. Employees will be eligible to receive paid vacation after 1 year of service, 4 personal holidays (after 90 days) as well as holiday pay for 6 national holidays. Essential Job Functions
- The individual is required to follow all government, company and customer policies and regulations. This includes but it not limited to: FMCSA, OSHA, EPA and DOL.Preferred Candidates:One year of verifiable OTR or local tractor trailer experience required in the last seven years Commercial License REQUIRED Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tanker (Hazmat and Passport will need to be obtained within the first 60 days of employment if not already held.) Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures Exhibit regular and prompt attendance No more than 2 chargeable accident within the last three years Relocation benefits are not provided for this position. Candidates are responsible for providing their own means of transportation to and from work.
ADM requires the successful completion of a DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, functionality testing
and background check.
