Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to emails from Operations regarding Accounting related
questions or issues
Research issues to determine the cause and necessary assistance for
resolution
Work with Accounting units to ensure completion of requests and
accurate documentation in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Casualty insurance
accounting or as a Property Casualty Insurance Account Manager
Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
Strong belief in client service as top priority
Ability to work independently and provide results
