Job Description:
FLSA Status: Exempt PRIMARY PURPOSE: Housby is seeking a
motivated sales representative to solicit new truck sales within
our dedicated territory, while working with a team of dedicated
industry professionals! This position would be responsible for
developing relationships with new customers, and building upon
existing ones, in order to sell new Mack trucks. WHY HOUSBY? Housby

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be
assigned. Within the first 30 days of hire, we expect you to be
fully up to date on all facets of the products and services at the
same time building relationships. You will also be responsible for
working on getting a Class A CDL, at the company's expense. At 60
days, we are looking at an overall enhancement of the skills from
your first 30 days and making a positive impact on the business
with calls and presentations being put into place. At 90 days from
your original hire date, we expect customer relationships built up
and seeing presentations set-up. Each fully qualified sales
representative is expected to make as many phone calls as possible,
or visits as needed, to close deals for Housby. Class A CDL license
should be obtained by this point, in order to be fully engaged with
our customers. Follow the established Housby sales process. Contact
prospective customers. Offer service to all walk-in and call-in
customers. Record data pertaining to customer calls and customer
profiles in CRM system. Understand buyers needs and how to meet
those needs better than the competition. Write complete and
accurate sales orders, secure deposits, and process in accordance
with established dealership policies. Develop relationships with
new and existing customers. Deliver sold trucks, explaining any
remaining truck warranty and service policies. Demonstrate mixer
units, including lifting chutes. Study truck and equipment
specifications and improve knowledge of product performance and
application continually. Coordinate the servicing of vehicles when
necessary with the Service Department and Body Shop. Maintain and
create good internal relationships. Customarily and regularly
engage away from the employer's place of places of business, in
order to prospect and/or meet with new and/or potential clients.
Network, e.g., attend and/or join industry related associations.
Appraise used trucks when necessary. Attend sales and training
meetings. Maintain a professional image at all times. Follow the
Company's safety rules and safety policies. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Previous outside sales experience. Preferably 2-3 years of industry
sales experience. Excellent customer service experience. Ability to
prospect new clients, negotiate and close deals. Exceptional verbal
and written communications. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and
divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability
to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest,
commissions, and percentages. Valid driver's license and dependable
transportation, with a clean driving record Strong computer skills.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Oral communication over the phone and in person. Ability to view a
computer monitor. Sitting for extended periods of time.
Alpha/numeric keyboarding WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment
for this position is varied due to the differences in our work
site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne
particles, toxic and outside weather conditions. The noise level in
the work environment is usually moderate. Works indoors and out.
Some weekends and evening hours will be required. COMPENSATION:
Base Salary + Commission Company Laptop and Phone Benefits
