As a Canon Inbound Sales Representative, you will explore our
customer's needs and assist them in finding the perfect solutions.
Through our specialized training programs and company-provided IT
and resource equipment, you will gain the in-depth knowledge of
Canon products and services needed to research, problem-solve, and
follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Compensation: Under applicable law, we are providing the
anticipated base salary for this role: $15.00 per hour + shift pay
differential + sales incentives
Your Impact
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Efficiently receive inbound calls and partner with our customers
to explore their needs and find the perfect solution
- Provide positive and professional sales support to Canon
customers via phone, email, and chat
- Process sales leads for distributions to Canon's dealer network
and literature requests for information on Canon products
- Document all customer interactions in appropriate
applications
- Provide product specifications and other information requested by
the customers
- Research and resolve any post-sale issues
- Assist customers with website navigation
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- 1+ year of sales experience (camera/photography experience is a
plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communicator with active listening skills and proficiency
in English
- Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and navigate multiple computer
programs and screens at one time
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance are a must for
this position
- Open to weekend and evening hours, flexibility
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a workspace free from
noise and distractions
** This position is remote and open to qualified candidates
residing in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa,
Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Mexico, North Carolina, New
