LCSis seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and skilled Marketing and SalesIntern to work in accordance with established policies and procedures of the SalesEngagement Team and the Senior Living Marketing & Sales Division. The SalesEngagement Team is responsible for training, education and talent developmentfor senior living community marketing and sales personnel; marketing and salesperformance metrics and data analysis; business-to-consumer marketing; and theestablishment and documentation of processes and best practices for seniorliving community marketing and sales. Theideal intern candidate will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team.This candidate will gain hands-on experience working on challenging andmeaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team. What you need to know As an Intern you will be exposed to:* Development, editing and support for the creation of education andtraining materials.* Interviewing subject matter experts and writing newsletterarticles and/or developing other educational content, including podcasts,blogs, videos, etc.* Supporting business-to-consumer digital and print marketingefforts.* Testing, documentation and support for new customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) system.* Development, documentation, editing and fact-checking for qualitystandards manual and other processes.* Mystery shop senior living communities via website contact formsand analyze results.* Serve as the backup to the Digital Sales Specialist by respondingto senior living community digital inquires.* Support and the development of content for various conferences,presentations, etc.* Compiling and analyzing sales performance data. What we are looking for* A candidate pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Administration or related field. Even better* Highly developed organizational skills required to manage multiple projects and priorities.* Analytical skills for use in evaluating metrics, preparing reports and doing research.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.* Creativity to enhance training content development.* High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite.* Quick learner, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Sound like a good fit?
