truly matter. A Brief Overview This role involves caring for
patients of varying acuity levels throughout their lifespan in
diverse settings, performing procedures that include surgical,
obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management tasks.
Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-operative assessments for
patients. Develop and communicate a care plan to patients and their
families. Establish and maintain essential venous access. Ensure
proper airway management. Induce and maintain anesthesia while
monitoring the patient appropriately. Oversee the completion of
anesthesia and the patient's emergence from it. Transfer care to
the appropriate staff upon procedure completion. Conduct
post-operative follow-ups for each case. Serve as a clinical
instructor for anesthesia students. Essential Qualifications
Applicants must be able to work the specified hours. Successful
performance in this role requires the ability to fulfill essential
job functions, including adequate visual acuity and effective
communication skills. These qualifications represent the necessary
knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. Reasonable

Required Education, Licenses/Certifications, or Work Experience:
Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with an active license from the
Board of Nursing in the state of practice upon hire. Registered
Nurse (RN) with an active license from the Board of Nursing in the
state of practice upon hire. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
certification from the National Board of Certification and
Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) upon hire.
